We undergo stringent checks from Customs & Excise regarding VAT relief so please, do not try to claim VAT relief if you are a nursery which is not a charity.

Our intention is to hold prices for as long as possible but reserve the right to amend pricing as necessary. Pictures are for illustrative purposes only and occasionally we may have to supply an alternative product. If for any reason the products you receive are damaged or faulty, return them to us unused, within 14 days of receipt and we will replace the goods or refund your payment. All products within the catalogue are guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship for one year, from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. We recommend regular visual checks to ensure your product is not showing undue signs of wear and tear. Errors and omissions excepted. Datasheets for products are available on request - please email us listing the ones you require.

• Payment in full shall be made within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We understand and will exercise our statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to agreed credit terms. We reserve the right to decline to process further orders until overdue sums are settled
• In the event of any defect in products supplied by us or delays in delivery our liability is limited to the cost of the goods as invoiced to you

Our standard shipping method is by next day carrier. There is a minimum order charge of £30, all orders over £100 will be delivered free of charge. Delivery charges are by weight and determined by our carrier. Orders will be delivered to the address shown on the order form by National Carrier. We aim to provide same day despatch on an overnight service but occasionally we may need to order products from our suppliers. All deliveries will require a signature.

Please inspect delivery packaging and do not accept faulty or damaged packaging. These items will be returned to our warehouse and reissued free of charge.

Please contact us before arranging any returns so that we can make sure we know who they are from and the reason for the return.

Unfortunately we cannot ship internationally, or to BFPO addresses. There may also be additional transportation costs to some areas of the Scottish highlands, any islands, Ireland or Northern Ireland.

There is a standard cost for collection of goods ordered in error - £20. The original deliver charge for the order shall also be charged in full and refunds only made once goods are received in good condition at our Warehouse address – ToyGuard, Unit 4a, Castle Industrial Centre, Pitreavie Business Park, Dunfermline, Fife, KY11 8PX.
